Fulfil your OHS training obligation quickly and conveniently – without leaving the workplace. An online course with a named certificate compliant with the requirements of the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP), designed for:
- engineering and technical employees,
- designers, constructors and technologists,
- other persons performing work of an engineering or technical nature.
About the training
This periodic OHS training is addressed to engineering and technical employees. The course covers topics related to occupational health and safety on technical workstations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and the organisation of safe working conditions.
When is the training required?
In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 27 July 2004 on occupational health and safety training (Journal of Laws 2004, No. 180, item 1860), an engineering and technical employee is required to complete periodic OHS training:
- for the first time – within 12 months of commencing employment,
- subsequently – every 5 years.
The training may be paused and resumed at any time. There is no limit on the number of attempts at the final test.
Training programme
- Introduction.
- Selected legal regulations concerning occupational health and safety in labour law.
- Advances in hazard assessment and methods of protecting employees’ health and life in technical work environments.
- Organisation of technical workstations, including ergonomics principles for machinery, technical equipment and screen-based equipment.
- Identification and assessment of occupational risk on engineering and technical positions.
- Procedures in the event of accidents and emergencies (e.g. fire, breakdown), including first aid principles.
- Final test.
Certificate
Upon completion, participants receive a fully valid named certificate compliant with the requirements of the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP). In accordance with the Regulation, the certificate for the periodic OHS training for engineering and technical employees is valid for 5 years.
Account validity
The account created is valid for 30 days from the date of its creation. After this period, the course must be purchased again.
